Ring & Ride

Social & Community Transport

This transport service for the local community is provided by volunteers seven days a week. It focuses on providing transport for social or community purposes such as:

  • Visiting a spouse or relative in hospital or nursing home
  • Providing access to community activities or classes
  • Access to preventative programs eg Falls Prevention courses

A donation is requested for the Ring & Ride service as follows:

  • $4 one way or $6 return within 5 kms
  • $6 one way or $10 return within 5-10 kms
  • $8 one way or $12 over 10 kms
