Mini Outing to Public Health Forum

Healthy Ageing - Monday 6 September, 6:45pm - Concord Hospital

Australians are living longer! They are also healthier and more active than ever before. Collectively we are now more aware and proactive in taking care of our health. A panel of expert and interesting speakers will discuss ways to make the most out of life. Issues relating to the importance of staying active, the significance of social connections, nutrition, falls prevention and how to stay healthy and happy will be discussed. Questions will also be taken.

This is a free event but bookings are essential. To reserve your place phone 9911 6580 or email This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
